What You Will Do:
- Apply to relevant jobs on behalf of candidates.
- Keep records of all job applications in our recruitment portal.
- Search for jobs on job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other reputable job boards.
- Update progress in Google Sheets, Excel or our recruitment portal.
- Communicate with your team and follow instructions.
- Help candidates find jobs that match their skills.
- Make summary or stats reports showing how many jobs were applied for, responses received, etc.
- Prepare analysis reports to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and enhance results.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Fresh Graduate in the medical/healthcare field.
- Excellent experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Basic computer skills.
- A fast learner and skilled at following instructions.
- Honest, responsible, and focused.
