Role Overview
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals for UK-based clients, including the NHS, care homes, and nursing homes
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, physiotherapists, carers, support workers).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Use job boards, social media platforms, and networking strategies to attract top candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organised candidate and client data in the recruitment system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and placement.
Requirements
- 0-12 m experience in UK healthcare recruitment (NHS, care homes, nursing homes).
- Good understanding of UK healthcare hiring standards and compliance.
- Understanding with LinkedIn Recruiter, UK job boards (e.g., Reed, CV-Library, Total Jobs, Glassdoor), and ATS systems.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Must be able to work on-site from our Lahore office.
