1. Introduction

Welcome to Recruit Today. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Recruit Today (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Recruit Today shall provide recruitment support and consultancy services as agreed. Recruit Today does not guarantee job placement, sponsorship, or interview offers. Services are best-effort, not outcome-based.

2. Use of Our Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website and services, you confirm that: – You are legally eligible to enter into this agreement. – All information you provide is accurate and lawful. – You will not use our platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious purposes.

You authorise Recruit Today to act on your behalf for job applications, which includes filling out forms and digitally signing documents.

3. Registration & Accounts

Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any misuse, breach of terms, or harm caused to the platform.

4. Service Scope & Process

Recruit Today helps clients with: – Resume/CV creation and review – LinkedIn optimisation – Interview preparation – Daily bulk job applications

We manage applications through job boards and LinkedIn on your behalf. This requires temporary access to a Gmail account, which must be provided or created by you.

We request your trust in our daily bulk application process, which is designed to maximise results through a high-volume, strategic approach.

5. Interview Preparation

Interview coaching is limited to 1:1 interviews or virtual video calls. We do not prepare clients for group sessions, NHS assessments, webinars, or other online assessments.

6. Service Expiry & Missing Days

• Resume services must begin within 90 days of purchase.
• Job application services must begin within 6 months.

If a recruiter misses service days due to emergencies or errors, we may extend the service period accordingly to compensate.

7. Payments & Guarantee Conditions

• A 50% upfront payment is required to begin services. Full payment must be made within 10 days.
• If you gain employment during the contract period or begin working with another provider, you are not eligible for a refund.
• Failure to pay on time may lead to a pause in service.

8. Refunds

Refunds are discretionary and may be processed as: – A service credit – A partial refund, calculated based on used services at full price

No refunds are given for breaches of terms or expired services. Services are non-transferable.

9. Job Offer Guarantee

Recruit Today will make every effort to provide high-quality services. However, the company is not responsible for the final outcome, such as job placement, which depends on various factors beyond the company’s control. The agency only commits to a fair and transparent job application Process.

10. Web Application Report Access

You’ll have access to a secure web application where you can track your daily job application progress. Please note:

• Most updates are finalised by the end of each business day
• Data shown may not reflect real-time activity
• For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting your assigned team leads via the chat option within the dashboard if you have any questions

11. Service Availability

While we aim for uninterrupted access to services, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime or error-free performance at all times.

12. Privacy & Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Refer to our full Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

All personal data and application-related content are treated as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver services or by law.

13. Client Content

Any CVs, information, or media you provide must be accurate and legally yours to share. You grant us the right to use this content only for the purpose of delivering the service.

14. Intellectual Property

All site content (designs, logos, text, etc.) is owned by Recruit Today or its licensors. Do not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.

15. Unauthorised Use

You agree not to: – Impersonate others or share false info – Interfere with site functionality – Introduce malicious code or harm the platform – Violate copyrights or trademarks

We reserve the right to take action if misuse is detected.

16. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver a fair and transparent job search process but cannot guarantee job placement. We are not liable for: – Hiring outcomes – Mistakes in applications or resumes – Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Recruit Today from any claims, legal disputes, or damages arising from: – Your misuse of the service – Breach of these terms – Violation of third-party rights

18. Termination

Recruit Today may terminate this agreement or suspend your account without notice if: – You breach these terms – You provide false information – You use our services in a way that harms our operations or others

No refund will be issued in such cases.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

20. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
