Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive who is confident, goal-oriented, and proficient in English communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and building client relationships, particularly with businesses in the UK marketing and advertising sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present and promote Client’s marketing services, including:
- Strategy and consulting
- Branding and designing
- Content creation (social media handling, video editing, social media posting, and scheduling)
- Advertising and promotional campaigns
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
- Experience working with UK clients or international markets (preferred).
- Prior experience in the marketing, branding, or digital advertising industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work on-site from our Lahore office.
